Women Impact Studio is a studio that reframes women’s decision-making environments not as individual issues,
but as matters of structure, relationships, and unconscious assumptions, and collaboratively develops sustainable and high-impact decision-making models.
The women who gather here have already navigated countless choices. They may be in management, running businesses, working in specialized professions, pursuing international careers, or returning after career breaks.
But what we deal with here is not titles or achievements.
We focus on:
- Moments of hesitation
- Reasons why decisions were delayed
- Choices intentionally left unmade
- The consequences of those decisions and what remains
Many women have, in truth, made decisions with care—but rarely have they had the opportunity to articulate how they made those decisions.
Women Impact Studio provides a private, dialogue-based environment where the structure of past decision-making can be explored, without judgment or the search for the “right answer.”
Here, no one hands you the solution.
No one guides you.
Instead, there is:
- Time to share experiences
- Time to inventory decisions
- Time to realize, “This is how I decided”
This is not a place to make more decisions.
It is a place to quietly refine the quality and reproducibility of your decisions.

Women Impact Studioは、
女性が置かれている意思決定環境を「個人の問題」ではなく
構造・関係性・無意識の前提として捉え直し、
より持続可能で影響力のある意思決定モデルを共創するスタジオです。
ここに集まるのは、
すでに多くの選択と決断を重ねてきた女性たち。
管理職、経営、専門職、国際キャリア、キャリアブレイク——
経験も立場も異なります。
けれど私たちが扱うのは、
役職でも成功体験でもありません。
扱うのは、
- 迷いが生まれた瞬間
- 判断が遅れた理由
- あえて選ばなかった選択肢
- その代償と、残ったもの
です。
多くの女性は、
「ちゃんと考えて決めてきた」はずなのに、
自分がどうやって決めてきたのかを言葉にする機会を持っていません。
Women Impact Studioは、
過去の経験に埋もれていた意思決定の構造を、
評価せず、正解を探さず、
構造として言語化するための非公開・対話型の場です。
ここでは、答えを教えません。
誰かを導くこともしません。
あるのは、
- 経験を語る時間

だけです。
決断を増やす場所ではありません。
